Meet PollyAnna

For more than 26 years, I have guided clients through some of the most meaningful decisions of their lives. Today, I lead Reserve Properties with Engel & Völkers Big Sky Country, where I serve as License Partner, Managing Broker and Private Office Advisor, representing luxury homes, ranches and distinctive properties across Bozeman, Big Sky, Paradise Valley and Southwest Montana.

My career began in 1999 and took me through California, North Carolina and Colorado before I planted roots in Montana in 2008. Its landscapes, communities and way of life have made it not only the center of my business, but home.

Over that time, I have represented more than $1.5 billion in closed transactions across residential, ranch and development real estate, through every kind of market cycle. In 2025, I closed more than $100 million in sales, and in 2026, RealTrends named me the #1 agent in Montana by transaction sides and among the top three statewide in sales volume. Those rankings matter to me because they reflect the trust my clients place in me and the responsibility I carry to earn it every day.

I am privileged to contribute to several distinguished Engel & Völkers divisions, including the International Private Office collective, the Professional Athlete Advisory Group and the Americas Development Services platform. These global networks connect my clients with exceptional advisors and buyers around the world, while my work remains deeply rooted here at home.
